FAQ's - with accordian

The Celtic Gift Store wants to ensure your satisfaction. In the case you are unsatisfied with our products, we will give you the option to return or exchange your items. Certain items are nonreturnable.
Items may only be returned if they within the alloted time frame of returns, items are in their original packaging and a reciept of purchase is present. Refunds will only be granted for items that meet return policy conditions. Any order that does not, will be returned, without refund by mail, without notice.

Items that may not be returned are as follows;
Parishable items
Personalized Items
Cosmetics, Soaps, Perfumes
Items that can not be returned in the same physical state in which they were purchased.
Damaged items due to wear and tear or use.
Any promotional gifts given with an order must also be returned with item relating to item being returned.
All goods that have been damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the CGS and we will ensure all items are delivered in pristine, working order. 
All items returned must be shipped in its original packaging and once received, will be inspected by our
staff. After inspection, a refund will be issued.
If items were purchased by a gift card, no monetary refund will be granted. Store credit will be given on a new card once the refunded items are returned.
If returned items are at the fault of the CGS, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Any refunds granted will be promplty processed. The times in which you may receive your refund vary.
